Important Notes & Inclusions for Workshop:

• Conference registration is mandatory for attending the workshop.
• One Delegate can register for one workshop only.
• The seats are limited in number and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Includes Lunch, Workshop Kit, etc.
• Date of Workshop: 26th Febuary 2026.

Terms & Conditions:

• For registration as MPAI member, membership number is mandatory.
• Bank charges will be applicable as an additional.
• Registration is mandatory for Abstract Submission.
• Registration is mandatory to all Invited Faculty, Chairpersons & all Committee Members.
• For Post Graduate registration, recommendation letter from HOD is mandatory.
• Registration is non-transferable.
• Please mention your registration number in all transactions.
• In case of Payment Transaction Failure, the delegate will be responsible and not the organizing committee.
• The decision of the Organising Committee will be considered final. The organizer will not be responsible for any date change of the conference.
• No medical insurance or mediclaim is provided by the conference.
• For legal purposes, the jurisdiction area is Kolkata.
• The Organising Committee will not be responsible for any conference cancellation, postponement, or shift to virtual mode due to unforeseen circumstances like a COVID-19 resurgence. Any decision will be made in consultation with the National Governing Body of MPAI.

Cancellation Policies:

• Cancellations received until 15th November 2025 : 50% refund of gross registration fee after excluding bank transaction charges and GST.
• Cancellations received until 15th January 2026 : 25% refund of gross registration fee excluding bank transaction charges and GST.
• Cancellations received from 15th January 2026 onwards : No refund.
• Time stamp of email will be considered as the official date of cancellation request.
• Refunds will be processed after 30 days of completion of the conference.
• Cancellations or changes will NOT be accepted on the phone. Cancellation of your MPAICON 2026 registration can be done by writing an e-mail to the conference secretariat at [email protected] clearly stating your registration number in the subject line. The email must be sent from the registered delegate's email address only.

IMPORTANT NOTES : After completing the registration process and paying registration fee successfully, the registrant will receive an acknowledgement / confirmatory e-mail on the registered e-mail id.
