TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rates and Availability:

Hotel room bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking, and it is advisable to book early to secure your reservation.
The rates that we would offer on request basis, taking place from February 26th to 28th, 2026.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
All rooms are available with Continental Plan (Breakfast included)
Check in time is 1500 hrs and check out time is 1100 hrs.

Exclusions: The rates will be exclusive of additional services such as:

All meals except breakfast
Transport
Room service, mini bar
All other services not specifically mentioned

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellation should be made in writing and sent at [email protected]
All refunds will be paid after 30 days of the completion of conference.
Transfer charges for cancellation for refund must be covered by participants.
